MS in Management

This 30-credit program was designed to help you advance your careers or move into a management position. The Master’s in Management provides a management core with the general knowledge needed to manage technical and specialized units inside today’s companies.  The degree integrates fundamental business knowledge with applications of technology for strategic business and technology operations.  The program is built upon four themes:

1. transition to a knowledge-based economy;
2. emergence of the digital firm;
3. globalization of business; and
4. innovation as the primary source of competitive advantage

While this degree has many options, it is the Management of Technology track which is offered entirely online. And what distinguishes this program is its emphasis on teaching students how to manage technological systems. These days, managers need to not only manage employees; they must also master sophisticated information management systems and programs: NJIT leads the nation in that kind of instruction.
